Hey, my name is Matt, I attend college with Joe (Beleren), and don't know exactly what I want to major in. I've been playing Mabinogi since the first exploration event. Not really too much I can say for myself here, I like a variety of music, including Trance, Drum and Bass, Rock, J-pop, just kind of all over the place. I like anime as well, I may not watch as much as I used to, but I still do enjoy a few series. I FRICKIN LOVE TEA AND COFFEE!

i suppose since people don't understand my ways of thinking, i should be honest in describing myself...

I am a 19 year old male who lives in Kansas
I have slight mental problems due to my past, one occasion being a TV set falling on my head as a child (before kindergarten), that would have killed me if it weren't for my brother. I spent the majority of my life being picked on as the white kid, growing up in an mostly black neighborhood. being beat up and thrown around because of stupid shit that doesn't matter, even left laying in the middle of the school with a broken ankle while everyone walked over and around me while i yelled for help, getting a friendly kick occasionally. eventually i learned what a legit friend was in my freshman year of high school, although the abuse didn't stop. i dealt with school and an abusive stepmom that beat my father and myself, not just whoopin's, i mean getting choked up against a wall, seeing my father being dragged away by the cops bleeding all over the ground while my stepmom keeps chugging beers and yelling at me while slamming my door. for some reason the cops always took him away even though she was always just fine, and he was the one spilling blood everywhere. I've been locked away in my room with no tv or computer for months on end, at one time for an entire school year, only able to leave for school and to do chores around the house. That occured from 6th grade until my grandparents saved me my sophomore year, so about 4 years. most of my family is dead now, and the closest remaining are my 2 grandparents, my father, and my brother. Although my grandmother is about to pass away because of alzheimer's, so i'm about to be left with just my Grandfather here in Kansas, as i refuse to live with my father.

i have problems, i have depression, i have insecurities, i have very little i actually like about myself, i fucking hate myself at times, i'm a wreck.
but please don't treat me any different than anyone else, and please give others the same respect you would want in their situation.
all i want is for everyone to be treated as they deserve, and for myself to be treated like everyone else.
i just want to be normal.

i know that's too much to ask of the internets, but it's what I ask regardless.
i didn't want to tell a bunch of strangers all of this, i don't want to spill my guts, but maybe it can help those who choose to read this understand me better.
